In our Workplace Yoga programs, we focus on the most fundamental movement and mindfulness techniques that are within the reach of every worker.
These classes have the option to take place as chair yoga or standing yoga.
Through these time tested exercises we aim to: assist participants in moving easier and with less pain, breathing more effectively, and reducing their stress levels through mind-body mindfulness methods.

If you are interested in scheduling service for a Workplace Yoga Program, here’s what to know:
There will be no yoga mats involved in these practices. Rather they will take place either with participants standing or seated in chairs.
Practice can be designated anywhere from 10-30 minutes in length.
All movement is designed to be slow, methodical and accessible to every body type.
These arrangements are flexible and can be made to fit any business schedule and environment.
